The Role

Duration:6-month FTC

You will be a trusted advisor, a change catalyst, and a champion of innovation—ensuring our tech investments deliver real business impact. This isn’t just a leadership role. Principle Accountabilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the bridge between IT and other functions, translating business strategy into actionable tech roadmaps.

  • Value Creation: Champion a value-first mindset, ensuring every IT initiative drives measurable enterprise impact.

  • Portfolio Leadership: Shape long-term IT demand and roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic priorities.

  • Innovation Advocacy: Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and advocate for scalable, sustainable solutions.

  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

  • Risk & Resilience: Lead IT risk management, business continuity, and act as escalation point for critical issues.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in IT business partnering, strategy, or enterprise IT leadership within complex global environments.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, IT service management, and digital transformation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

  • Experience managing IT budgets and delivering value through strategic technology investments.

  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) and project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).
