Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Systems/Software - Birmingham/Flexible

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to 50k plus excellent benefits, with flexible working arrangements (expected to be in the office a few times per month).

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for an organization undergoing a large-scale system transformation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact during a period of heavy investment in systems and software. It is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst seeking variety and challenge.

Key requirements include prior experience in a fast-paced Business Analysis environment, preferably with managing internal systems implementations and/or software upgrades. Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources are desirable.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure projects (IT & Change) meet business requirements; gather IT requirements through workshops and other methods.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables and manage expectations in projects and proposals.
  3. Proactively manage project costs to ensure alignment with the budget.
  4. Report progress to business leaders and internal stakeholders.
  5. Work with external vendors and third parties to define project scope and user requirements, ensuring compatibility with system capabilities.

The position offers a salary of up to 50k per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and flexible working options.
