Sage Homes is recruiting an experienced IT Business Analyst to support technology change projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will gather requirements, map processes, and help design IT solutions while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
The role is based in Northampton with hybrid work: three days in the office and two from home. You will drive test planning, documentation, and sign-off, enabling successful project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support the delivery of technology change initiatives across the business. Working with stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather and document requirements, map business processes, support solution design, and help ensure successful project delivery.
This position requires an individual who is highly organised, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.
The role is based in our Northampton office with hybrid working arrangements of three days per week in the office and two days from home, if required.
