Job summary

RES, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the Project Management team. You will bridge IT and business, elicit requirements, and support change management across multiple projects to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, developing business cases, and creating process flows while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and business analysis techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Support change management activities, assess impacts, coordinate training materials, and ensure user readiness.
• Develop business cases, project charters, process flows, and system specifications.
• Ensure project scope aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and project status updates.
