Job Description:

IT Business Analyst

Top-tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is currently seeking a new IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will report to the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems and will bridge the gap between the legal, business support, and IT professionals.

• Salary up to £70,000 per annum
• Office-based role with a shift pattern covering 8am – 7pm on a rota

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with service, system, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements.
• Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed business cases specifying requirements and functional specifications for IT projects.
• Work with IT team members and vendors to design and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
