Support the delivery of effective policing systems.

As our IT Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of operational change management activities, using your effective communication skills to advise and guide. You will prioritize requirements and question stakeholders constructively.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and analyze problems during investigation of complex business situations.
  • Monitor effectiveness of activities being implemented and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Simulate potential software for stakeholder approval and construct systems competently.

The must haves

  • Resolution of complex business problems through application of business analysis techniques.
  • Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or work experience at this level.
  • Continuously evolve services and implement improvements through collaboration.
