Job description

Top tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is currently seeking a new IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will report to the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems and will bridge the gap between legal, business support, and IT professionals.

• Up to £70,000 per annum
• Office-based role with shift pattern covering 8am – 7pm on a rota basis

IT Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with service, system, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Develop detailed business cases specifying requirements and functional specifications for IT projects
• Work with IT team members and vendors to design and implement technology solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs

IT Business Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:
