Overview

Technical Business Analyst role for a leading manufacturing business who require an experienced BA to oversee the solution delivery of critical business applications.

Working on a number of simultaneous projects including implementation of new HR/Payroll solution and updates of Plant Maintenance and Sales and Marketing CRM you will never be bored here!

We seek someone who can demonstrate a background within the manufacturing sector ideally and will be proven in bridging the gap between between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the solution delivery of critical business applications across multiple projects (e.g., implementation of a new HR/Payroll solution and updates to Plant Maintenance and Sales & Marketing CRM).
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience of technical requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Highly organized, proven problem solver.
• Experience of UAT where applicable.
