Tria is seeking an IT Bid Manager to lead technology-focused bid responses, ensuring technical narratives and requirements are aligned with customer needs. The role involves coordinating across Product, Platform, Architecture, and Technology teams to craft compelling submissions.

The ideal candidate will have bid management experience in tech environments, with strong stakeholder skills and familiarity with public sector or transport-related bids.

Qualifications

• Proven bid/proposal management experience in a technology-focused environment.
• Experience working with a public transport business is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the technical aspects of bids ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Create compelling technical narratives communicating technology capabilities and solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Platform, Architecture, and Technology teams to develop accurate responses.
• Translate franchising and bid requirements into coordinated product inputs.
• Review tender documents to extract all technology-related requirements.
• Ensure alignment between franchising needs and relevant product roadmaps.

As the IT Bid Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of technology-focused tender responses. You will have responsibility for defining and delivering the technical aspects of bids, ensuring that the technology solutions are compelling and aligned with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment between franchising requirements and relevant product roadmaps
• Drive improved value from existing suppliers as well as support the evolution and selection of suppliers
• Translate franchising and bid requirements into co-ordinated product inputs
• Review tender documents and extract all technology-related requirements
• Create compelling technical narratives that clearly communicate the organisation's technology capabilities and solutions
• Work closely with Product, Platform, Architecture, and Technology teams to develop accurate and competitive responses
