Join us as an IT & AV Support Analyst at TieTalent

Location: Birmingham (Office-Based) | Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a proactive IT & AV Support Analyst to join our Birmingham team. This role involves providing hands-on AV support, general IT troubleshooting, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You'll assist users at all levels, supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide face-to-face and remote IT and AV support.
  2. Set up and troubleshoot meeting room equipment and video conferencing tools.
  3. Log and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
  4. Support VIP meetings and events with meet-and-greet services.
  5. Maintain relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors.
  6. Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  7. Assist with IT equipment moves, reporting, and service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience with AV/video conferencing equipment.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Calm, organized, and confident under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in commercial IT support.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ITIL, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile technologies (Windows, iOS, Android).
