Job Opportunity: IT/AV Service Delivery Officer

We are seeking an experienced IT/AV Service Delivery Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Senior IT Service Delivery Officer, you will provide a professional 2nd line support service for IT and AV technologies. Your responsibilities will include supporting hardware and software such as laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printing, Microsoft Windows, and MEM/SCCM for OS and application deployment. Experience with Apple Mac support and AV programming is desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and respond effectively to the needs of colleagues, students, and stakeholders. You should be methodical, capable of prioritising and managing tasks efficiently.
