National Highways is seeking an IT Audit Manager to join the Corporate Risk and Assurance division within our Business Services Directorate. You will lead IT audit engagements, delivering independent assurance on risk management, controls and governance, and plan audits to ensure timely delivery.
You will manage a team of auditors, develop audit strategies and annual plans, and present findings to senior stakeholders, building trusted business relationships across Nationwide offices.
National Highways have an excellent opportunity for an IT Audit Manager to join the Corporate Risk and Assurance division within our Business Services Directorate (BSD). As an IT Audit Manager, you will provide a responsive and helpful service to audit clients through a sound and professional evaluation of risk management, internal control and governance arrangements. This service will be delivered through an effective programme of assignments, supporting the Head of IT Audit and responsible for the planning, supervision and delivery of IT internal audits, advisory and other assurance engagements. The IT Audit Manager will also support the Head of IT Audit in the development and implementation of robust systems and processes that lead to high-quality planning, decision making, control and governance across National Highways.
Please note this role can be based from any of our UK offices however; some limited travel to regional offices to attend team meetings will be required.
Contribute to the development of the IT audit plan including determining priorities and ensuring enough resources are available to deliver it in a timely and high-quality manner.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
