Join a global law firm as an IT Asset Management Analyst! Location: LeedsContract Type: 12-month Fixed Term ContractSalary: up to £30k pro rataHybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days remoteDo you have experience in IT Asset Management or IT Procurement? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in the legal sector!About the Role:As an IT Asset Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the team, responsible for managing IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycles.Your main duties will include: * Processing "Starters, Movers, Leavers" through IT systems * Managing vendor relationships and understanding key contracts * Conducting inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets * Requesting quotes for hardware and software, and managing pricing approvals * Creating and updating Purchase Orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods * Handling incidents and requests, providing regular updates to stakeholders * Managing disposals and ensuring accurate asset lifecycle managementTo excel in this role, you'll need: * Knowledge and experience in administering the CMDB or asset management functions within tools such as ServiceNow, SNOW, Hornbill, or Freshdesk. * Experience in IT asset management lifecycle processes and procurement * Familiarity with desktop/laptop hardware * Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Join? * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment * Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid workingDon't miss out on this exciting opportunity!
