As a growing and innovative company, they are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join their team as an IT Support Apprentice. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting hotel clients with their cloud telephony and networking systems. You will gain experience in technical support, fault-finding, installations, and VoIP technologies while working with experienced professionals.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
Starting Salary: £18,150+ (based on experience)
22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing yearly to 27 days after 5 years)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Required Grades – Maths 4/C, English 5/C.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.
You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualifications and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
You’ll be based full-time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
