Join Trade Interchange, a leading UK software company based in Teesside, known for its innovative ARCUS platform that helps organisations streamline supplier management. As an IT Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in delivering first-line support to users by resolving hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues. You’ll monitor and maintain ICT systems daily to ensure smooth, secure operations, support cloud services like Azure and DevOps, and work alongside the team to uphold security standards.

This exciting IT apprenticeship offers more than just valuable hands-on experience—it provides a clear pathway for long-term career growth. Upon successful completion of the Level 3 IT Apprenticeship, you will progress onto the Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship with Trade Interchange, forming part of a structured 3-year development plan designed to help you thrive in the tech industry.
