A leading educational institution in London is offering an IT Apprentice position, ideal for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services within the school. This apprenticeship spans approximately 18 months, offering valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment where diversity and inclusion are championed.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the IT Apprentice will provide technical support for the School's IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of technology services.
This role involves troubleshooting IT issues and supporting both staff and students. The successful candidate will complete an approximately 18-month apprenticeship programme, which will constitute 20% of their hours worked.
The postholder will be on an annual salary of £27,008, working 37.5 hours a week.
