    The successful IT Apprentice will gain hands-on experience supporting modern, BRCGS AA-accredited facilities while enjoying a competitive salary of £18,000-£25,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements to suit their lifestyle, and the benefit of a two-week company shutdown over Christmas, providing valuable time to rest and recharge.

    In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

    A Typical Day in the Job:

    • Perform password resets for users.
    • Manage accounts using Windows Active Directory.
    • Administer user access and permissions via the Office 365 Admin Portal.
    • Act as first-line triage for IT issues: resolve or escalate as necessary.
    • Install, configure and upgrade hardware components.
    • Install, configure and upgrade software locally or remotely using TeamViewer and PowerShell.
    • Use tools like Command Prompt, NinjaOne and Unifi Wi-Fi management for network tasks.

    Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

    Salary, Hours & Benefits:

    • Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-3pm.
    • 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.

    Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

    • Eagerness to learn.

    • Flexibility with both software and hardware tasks.
    • Due to the nature of the role, a driving license and own transport is required.
    • Grade 5 in GSCE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
