Aspire Technology Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice with a passion for IT and a positive attitude to join their team at their new offices at Pipewell Quay on Gateshead's Quayside. They are looking for someone eager to start a career in IT, who is comfortable communicating with people, confident, friendly, and committed to delivering excellent work. You will provide the highest level of customer service and work with some of the latest technology systems. This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications, and experience needed to thrive in a dynamic industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.

  • Provide 1st line support for the Service Desk
  • Manage support tickets and assist senior engineers with projects
  • Assist in setting up desktops and laptops
  • Handle ticket queries such as password resets, new user requests, and fault logging
  • Support infrastructure refreshes
  • Participate in telephony rollouts
  • Deliver first point of contact support to customers via phone, email, and the portal
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
  • Work within SLAs to achieve efficient resolutions and high first-time fix rates
Training Details:
  • Your training will be delivered in 2-day blocks every 4-6 weeks through online classrooms
  • You will be supported by a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
