The IT Apprentice will work on the Helpdesk, providing 1st line support to staff, investigating IT issues, and assisting in delivering effective IT support services. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, support of software packages, and focus on the ERP system, including logging issues and bugs.
Training is delivered virtually by experienced professionals, focusing on real-world technology skills. Successful apprentices will earn a Level 3 ICT Technician qualification, learning to operate and manage ICT infrastructure, automate deployment, support systems, and maintain standards.
