• Configure and resolve issues with hardware such as laptops and desktops.
• Configure and troubleshoot software issues including Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Assist in IT procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain technical knowledge base documents.

The IT Apprentice position reports to the Senior Manager IT End User Support & Services - EMEA Region and is part of the IT team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1st/2nd line support driving results towards shared KPIs.
• Configuration and issue resolution of hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobiles.
• Configuration and issue resolution of software including Office 365 and Windows 11.
• IT Procurement
• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Configuration of technical IT KB documents to support the global team and our customers.
