About the Role:

As an IT Apprentice at Cairn Group, you’ll be an important part of our team, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our people connected.

From assisting with hardware installations to resolving everyday tech queries, you’ll deliver first-class support that keeps our fast-paced hospitality business moving.

You’ll take pride in providing friendly, helpful service to colleagues, maintaining high standards in everything from issue tracking to documentation, and working across departments to support technology rollouts.

Whether it’s configuring a laptop, helping with a Wi-Fi issue, or rolling out new software, your enthusiasm and commitment to learning will help us deliver best-in-class service across our venues.
