An IS Analyst position is open at Booker, part of Tesco plc, in Little Irchester. The role focuses on enhancing security within Windows environments, ensuring compliance and responsiveness to security incidents. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of security practices and the ability to effectively manage and report on security tools.
We’re looking for an IS Analyst to join our Workplace Security team at Booker. In this role, you’ll help make sure our systems are secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly—supporting both customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of security practices, who enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced tech environment.
Your main focus will be on managing and improving security across our Windows environments. That means making sure devices are patched regularly, keeping everything compliant with industry standards, and staying ahead of potential threats and vulnerabilities.
You’ll be monitoring our security tools, responding quickly to any incidents or breaches, and digging into the root causes so we can stop them from happening again. You’ll also create clear, useful reports to help the team understand what’s going on and where we can improve.
