Overview

IT Analyst (Power BI)

Join our team in a newly refurbished office located in a historic building in Cheshire. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who is committed to ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. This role offers the flexibility of ad-hoc work from home options and requires a candidate who can provide high-quality IT support, maintain system efficiency, and leverage Power BI for business reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Process IT-related changes for new starters, leavers, and profile updates.
  • Investigate and resolve software issues in collaboration with suppliers, aligning with business needs.
  • Develop and enhance IT systems to improve user efficiency and support business processes.
  • Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Provide IT support and training to end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and software enhancements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and promotion of company values.
Working Hours
  • Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Flexible shift options: 08:30am – 16:30pm or 09:00am – 17:00pm
