The Role: IT/AI/TECH Recruiter

We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, people-driven IT/AI Recruiter to join our team in Manchester! This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home part-time. You’ll have complete autonomy to manage your recruitment process, build strong client relationships, and place top-tier IT & AI talent in game-changing roles. What You’ll Be Doing

Full-cycle recruitment for IT and AI roles
Sourcing, screening, and engaging with top tech talent
Partnering with businesses to understand their hiring needs
Using the latest tech tools to streamline the hiring process
Staying ahead of AI trends to spot the best candidates

What We’re Looking For

Experience in IT & AI recruitment
Strong skills in full-cycle hiring & technical recruiting
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently & collaboratively
Knowledge of AI trends & technologies (bonus points!)
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
