IT Administrator/PA - 6m FTC

C&C Search is currently recruiting for an IT Admin/PA role for a family office based in the heart of the West End.

Position: IT Admin plus PA support to the Head of Cyber Security and IT.

Hybrid setup: 5 days in the office, 9-6pm

Key responsibilities:

• Varied admin role with PA support to the Head of Cyber Security and IT, including meeting scheduling, travel booking, expenses, reports, vendor liaison, SLA/contracts, IT billing, and invoicing.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Experience in IT admin, ideally with some PA support.
• Industry certificates (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
