IVC Evidensia is seeking an IT Administrator for our Keynsham Head Office, on-site, five days a week. This hands-on role supports IT operations and colleagues across the business, working alongside the service desk to provide administrative and organisational support.
You will interact with suppliers, manage device orders and records, and contribute to the migration to a new mobile provider while delivering excellent customer service to staff.

We’re now looking for an IT Administrator to join our growing team at our Keynsham Head Office. This is a hands‑on role that plays a vital part in keeping our IT operations running smoothly and supporting colleagues across the business.
To be clear, this is not a technical, service desk role, but you would be working in parallel to our busy service desk, providing meaningful administrative, organisational & operational support to the business.
