Are you a proactive and driven IT Account Manager looking for your next challenge? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our client base.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  3. Understanding client needs and recommending IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
  4. Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
  5. Collaborating with marketing and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Tracking and reporting sales activities and pipeline progress with accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience: At least 5 years in sales or account management within the Managed Services Industry.
  2. Sales Approach: A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of contracts, recurring revenue models, and tailored IT solutions.
  4. Independence & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a smaller business environment, navigating challenges with resourcefulness.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, Ability, and other quoting tools.
  6. Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
