Role Overview

As an IT Access Management Analyst, you will support our employees in managing their IT access needs throughout their career journey. You will manage access requests, tasks, and incidents assigned to you via the ServiceNow ITSM platform, utilising tools such as Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Exchange, Microsoft 365 (M365), Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle all IT access tickets through ServiceNow, collaborating with the IT Asset Management Analyst for IT equipment orders.
• Maintain accurate IT access documentation in ServiceNow and SharePoint, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Assist the IT Asset Management Analyst in managing and maintaining the IT equipment inventory, preventing shortages and ensuring availability.
• Utilise Active Directory (On-prem and Azure), Exchange, M365, and Microsoft Intune for effective user access management, ensuring timely access for all employees.
