We are seeking an Issues Resolution Lead to oversee key engineering and technical risks and lead resolution of complex technical issues.
Your responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, coordinating mitigation plans, and ensuring effective resolution of technical challenges, while tracking progress.
You will identify emerging technical issues, lead their resolution, and manage technical risks, acting as a bridge between technical teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and structured risk management.
You will report to the Head of Transverse Technical and the Technical ROR Manager, championing alignment with Sizewell C’s strategy and ensuring coordinated risk management.
You are highly organized, communicate effectively, and excel at problem-solving and managing multiple tasks across teams.
Your skills include stakeholder management, technical expertise, and navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
