As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

• Role requires a high level of technical understanding, but is not hands-on in nature.
• Consistent adherence to established processes.
• Effective utilisation of issue management tools.
• Clear and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive actions based on clear KPI's around defect management, with stakeholders across the company.
