Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO management system documentation, registers and evidence files.
• Coordinate internal audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Keep compliance records up to date between external audits.
• Manage version control of policies, procedures and registers.
• Maintain ISO refresher training schedule and reminders to managers.
• Assist with gap analyses and preparation for future accreditations.
• Prepare evidence packs for audits and certification visits.
• Maintain the compliance calendar incl. audit dates, renewals and milestones.
• Act as primary contact for customer complaints within compliance.
