Job summary

Wireless CCTV is seeking a Compliance Coordinator at the Rochdale HQ to help maintain ISO management systems and support audits. You will coordinate PQQs, customer assurances and supplier questionnaires, and maintain portals with the Compliance Manager and SHEQ team.

The role emphasizes administration, attention to detail and experience with audits and GDPR. You will support continual improvement across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 with strong organisational skills and effective

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in compliance, quality, governance, audit support or document control.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to ISO management systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Experience supporting or participating in audits.
• Experience with PQQs, customer assurance questionnaires or accreditation portals.

Responsibilities

• Complete PQQs, customer assurance requests and supplier questionnaires.
• Maintain third-party accreditation, customer and supplier portals.
• Coordinate external audits and undertake internal audits across the Company's management systems, including audit scheduling, and preparation of documentation.
• Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Company's management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.
• Safety, Health and Environmental Champion, assisting in organising and delivering environmental campaigns, promoting good SHEQ practices and supporting awareness initiatives as instructed.
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager in relation to data protection and GDPR activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Manager and wider SHEQ team as required
