Job Title: ISO Auditor National Highways Sector Scheme (NHSS)

Location: Anywhere in UK, preferably in the North – Travel to client sites required

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent, Remote Field based

We are seeking a detail-oriented ISO Auditor to join our Field Team. You will work with SMEs and large organisations, performing supplier audits to ensure management systems meet high standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting supplier audits to verify management systems compliance
• Evaluating effectiveness and identifying improvement areas
• Planning and executing audits, including meetings
• Preparing detailed audit reports
• Communicating findings and resolving conflicts

About You:

You are highly organised, analytical, and an excellent communicator. You thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and are passionate about quality and compliance.

• Experience in construction or civil engineering industries
• Background in internal audits, control testing, or risk analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively
• Methodical with problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Degree or equivalent experience
• IRCA training and professional certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001, 14001)
