Job description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Compliance professional to oversee our client's ISO management. The successful candidate will have prior experience managing ISO 9001, and preferably ISO 9120 as well.


We can offer flexible hours of 16 - 20 hours per week. This can be worked across 2 full days, or shorter days across the week.

Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 FTE per annum (pro-rata)

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and implement quality management systems to ensure business compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
  2. Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for external audits
  3. Identify and implement new quality control procedures - operational and systems
  4. Support with order management and customs query escalations
  5. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders where necessary regarding orders
  6. Oversee procurement functions to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfilment of orders, managing any discrepancies

Skills and experience:
  1. Experience of ISO 9001 quality compliance and management
  2. Previous operational business experience
  3. Excellent organisation and order management skills
  4. Keen eye for detail
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
