Job summary

The Duchy of Cornwall is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of island projects across the Isles of Scilly. You will oversee major housing, infrastructure and community initiatives, coordinating consultants, contractors and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

Based within the Duchy’s Property Team, you will manage multiple projects from inception to completion, maintaining strong community relations and delivering tangible improvements to island life.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and stakeholders effectively.
• Delivery-focused with ownership mindset in complex environments.
• Ability to balance budget, schedule and quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction and property projects across the Duchy estate.
• Manage contractors, consultants and project teams.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk management.
• Resolve issues and keep projects moving in a complex operational environment.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and the wider island community.
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Duchy’s property portfolio.
