Working flexibly according to fast moving priorities across our Brand Homes on Islay: Bowmore, Laphroaig, and the Bowmore Cottages and The Harbour Inn, this role is based at our Islay office within our Internal Hotel; The Harbour Inn in Bowmore.

The post holder will have responsibility for administration, development, coordination, and delivery of Trade, Media & VIP tours and itineraries, delivering Brand Experiences, Immersions and Training.

The role is to host our guests and clients whilst they are on Islay, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You will work with the Brand Experience team and be the Ambassador for our Brands and Islay.

Role Responsibilities

• Design & Host Trade & VIP visits, itineraries and experiences
• Develop close and lasting connections with our customers & VIPs
• Working with Brand Home Managers to create inspiring experiences
• Promote experiences internally and externally e.g. on social media
• Manage experience suppliers, Trade visitor networks, and Private Clients
• Drive our vehicles as part of Experiences (Driving License required, minimum legal age requirement 25yo)

• Travel 10-20%, mainly domestic, but some international travel may be required
