Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Islands and Beaches Product Manager, specialising in the Indian Ocean. The role will ideally be based in our Beaconsfield Head Office but accepting candidates based in London with a requirement of two days per week working from Beaconsfield. As Islands and Beaches Product Manager the role is pivotal in the development and refinement of our product portfolio, ensuring each property and experience aligns with Turquoise’s brand values. You will be our go-to expert for these regions, responsible for sourcing, pricing and product positioning, ensuring both our clients and sales teams are inspired with compelling content and knowledge.

Key Attributes & Skills

• Indian Ocean & Middle East expertise – first-hand experience of the Maldives, Mauritius and Seychelles preferred.
• Previous experience in product management, contracting or sales within the travel industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to write authentic and compelling content.
• A genuine passion for luxury travel, particularly for beach and island destinations.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative, team-orientated approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.
