The Island Security Guard supports the Security Manager in all security matters and oversees the safe embarkation and disembarkation of guests and crew at the resort. Responsibilities include access control, security screenings, enforcing resort regulations, routine patrols, monitoring checkpoints, maintaining security equipment, responding to alarms, assisting guests and crew, and handling emergency duties as outlined in the Resort's Assembly Plan, always maintaining a professional demeanor reflecting our commitment to excellence.
You will report to: Island Safety and Security Manager
This role is based on Disney's private island in the Bahamas.
Additional requirements include obtaining a criminal background check and bringing approved work shoes.
Note: Disney Cruise Line is a drug-free workplace. All new hires must undergo drug and alcohol testing within the first week onboard and throughout their contracts. Failure to pass will result in immediate termination.
