Job summary

JP Morgan Personal Investing is seeking an experienced ISA Operations Associate to lead a division of the ISA Transfers team. You will oversee cash and asset transfers, primarily via the Equisoft platform, and ensure accurate processing with strong attention to detail.

The role requires initial supervisory experience, excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work full-time in the office as the team undergoes a period of change.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISA transfers (cash and asset).

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a division of the ISA Transfers team.
• Deliver accurate and timely cash ISA transfers.
• Ensure timely banking and withdrawals.
• Conduct instruction verification, QC and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues under pressure.
• Lead transformation processes within the team.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage a geographically spread team and support career development.
