Job summary

JP Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a motivated Transfers Analyst to accurately administer ISA, LISA, JISA and GIA transfers using the Equisoft platform. The role involves processing transfers, withdrawals and liaising with client services to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will contribute to process improvements and work in a busy environment, with opportunities to develop your career and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash and asset ISA transfers, ideally using Equisoft.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

JP Morgan Personal Investing is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for great customer service to join our ISA team as a Transfers Analyst. The role requires accurate and timely administration of ISA, LISA, JISA and GIA transfers in and out of the bank using the Equisoft platform. It requires withdrawals processing and internal liaison with client services and sales to ensure an excellent experience for our customers. You will also contribute to process improvements and take the initiative in driving your career and development forward.

• Process withdrawals and ensure timely banking.

• Proficiency in MS office especially Excel.
