Description

The IS EUC Support Analyst is responsible for resolving Incidents and fulfilling Service Requests, ensuring adherence to predefined processes, procedures, and guidelines to meet customer needs. Although primarily based at a designated site, travel to branch offices will be required.

The position is part of the expanding Glory IS team. Working with advanced technologies in a dynamic environment, it offers opportunities to develop new skills and participate in technology projects, including potential international assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Using ITSM platform ServiceNow for Incident resolution and Service Request fulfillment within SLA.
  2. Maintaining accurate hardware, software, and license data for all assets.
  3. Contributing to reporting and supporting projects as needed.
  4. Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely service and asset delivery.
  5. Supporting administration of Windows 10/11, MS Azure Suite (including Entra, Defender, Autopilot), PatchMyPC, VMware, Office 365, RingCentral Cloud Telephony, Oracle JDEdwards, and other cloud apps.
  6. Supporting Dell hardware, including imaging and remote onsite support.
  7. Ordering, setting up, and supporting Apple and Android devices.
  8. Managing local printers and video conferencing solutions.
  9. Supporting Infrastructure Management team to ensure server, communication, and hardware maintenance.
  10. Testing and updating Disaster Recovery plans in line with business needs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  1. Experience with Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11 preferred).
  2. Experience with Windows Server and MS Azure Suite.
  3. Experience with O365, MS Intune, Entra, and Defender (preferably qualified).
  4. ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
  5. Active Directory experience.
  6. Knowledge of Web Filtering solutions like Cisco Umbrella.
  7. Understanding of daily management of communication rooms.
  8. Experience with desktop software, including encryption, browsers, VPN.
  9. Knowledge of telecoms and unified communications.
  10. Network troubleshooting skills for PCs and peripherals.
