During our peak season (May to October), we employ around 900 seasonal staff across eight accommodation sites, supporting a thriving operation rooted in innovation, sustainability, and quality produce.

Role description and responsibilities

You will be a hands-on part of the growing team, which is experienced in the management, propagation and fruiting of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Full training will be provided, and your role will include:

• Oversee irrigation systems on site with variety of soft fruit crop
• Manage small team of Irrigation staff
• Directly report to Site manager
• Repair and maintenance of irrigation system
• Implement agreed fertigation strategy
• Daily checks and crop walking
• Take ownership of new irrigation projects

Requirements

• Previous experience needed
• UK driving licence.
