Job Summary

The Irrigation Specialist provides high-quality repair and maintenance to our clients' systems. They are involved in all aspects of irrigation, from troubleshooting water and pressure problems, repairing and replacing heads and nozzles, replacing valves, and other related tasks. We do not install new systems but focus on servicing existing ones. There are opportunities to upsell to clients when improvements can be made to their property or system. The specialist must operate equipment safely, perform assigned tasks efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service.

Compensation

This position pays $35-40/hr depending on experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and a 401K plan.

• Soldering experience is a plus

Essential requirements:

• Willingness to complete necessary training for certifications and licenses
• Desire to work outdoors
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical demands:

Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
