Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. Duties include driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining TM sites, and delivering site briefings.

Candidates should hold Lantra TM qualifications, pass Drugs & Alcohol checks, have the right to work in the UK, and hold a Full UK Driving Licence (6 points max). Experience reading CAD drawings and following NHSS and RAMS procedures is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Lantra TM qualifications required.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV vehicle.
• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites per NHSS.
• Deliver daily site briefings.
• Understand and implement the 'Raising The Bar' quality document.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Ops Managers.
• Work with the crew to ensure high-quality work plans.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safe, efficient teamwork to meet quality and output.
• Comply with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Follow RAMS documents.
• Safely manage loading/unloading of TM equipment.
• Follow Method Statements for safe practices.
• Complete risk assessments.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
