Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team in the UK. The role involves driving IPV, setting up traffic management sites, and delivering daily briefings in line with NHSS standards.

Applicants should have Lantra qualifications, be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check, hold the right to work in the UK, and possess a full UK driving licence (≤6 points). Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and set up traffic management sites.
• Maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and RAMS.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work with crew to ensure high-quality work plans.
• Complete risk assessments.
• Safely unload/load traffic management equipment.
