Job summary

Go Wild is seeking an Activity Instructor to deliver axe throwing, archery, and other outdoor experiences at various locations across the UK. You will lead groups, ensure safety, and create memorable adventures for participants of all ages.

The role emphasizes active engagement, clear demonstrations, and a friendly attitude, with training provided and opportunities to work at exciting events and locations.

Qualifications

• Passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports.
• Strong communication to engage and instruct groups of all ages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• First Aid certification is desired but not required.
• Full training will be provided for all activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups through Axe Throwing and Archery sessions, ensuring safety and fun.
• Provide instruction and demonstrate proper use of equipment.
• Engage guests to enhance their experience and offer encouragement.
• Conduct pre-activity briefings to set expectations and answer questions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to stay in top condition.
• Handle front-of-house duties, including taking bookings and responding to enquiries.
• Carry out general housekeeping onsite.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and energetic Activity Instructors to join our vibrant team.

As an Activity Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire groups of all ages in a variety of exhilarating activities. Whether it's Axe Throwing, Archery, or team challenges, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring safety and excitement are top priorities.

Tasks

• Lead and guide groups through various outdoor activities, including Axe Throwing and Archery, ensuring safety and fun.
• Provide instruction and demonstration on the use of equipment, ensuring all participants understand safety protocols.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering support and encouragement during activities.
• Conduct pre-activity briefings to inform participants of what to expect and answer any questions.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure everything is in top working condition.
• Front of house duties including taking bookings and dealing with customer enquiries.
• General house keeping onsite.
