South East London Mind’s Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people with mental health needs back into work. We aim to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from Community Mental Health Teams.
We are currently seeking two permanent IPS Employment Specialists to work as part of our team in Greenwich. You will deliver the IPS approach (training will be provided).
We welcome applications from all experience levels and backgrounds. Key qualities include the ability to motivate and build relationships with participants, strong organizational skills, confidence in engaging with employers, and a belief that anyone with a health condition can work.
The successful candidates will work in line with the 25-point fidelity scale.
