About us

We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people.

Job responsibilities

Do you believe you have the skills to support people back into employment? Do you take pride in your work and think creatively about how different organisations can collaborate to improve services? Are you comfortable engaging with employers and helping to match people with meaningful work? All applicants must submit a CV and a cover letter explaining why they are suitable for this role. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered. The closing date is 21st August 2025, but early applications are encouraged as the role may close early if sufficient applications are received. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. Flexibility, curiosity, and good listening skills are essential. You will be required to cover the Mid Cornwall area to meet clients in the community; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are required. The role is based in Truro.
