Qualifications

  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification.
  • Proven experience in wiring, cable assembly, or harness building.
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings and build instructions.
  • Excellent hand skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ESD safety and cleanroom procedures.
  • Previous experience in aerospace, defence, or medical sectors is a plus.

  • Perform crimping, stripping, soldering, lacing, and tinning.
  • Carry out continuity checks and functional testing using test meters.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and follow ESD-safe practices.
  • Accurately complete production and inspection documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with quality and engineering teams to resolve build issues.
