Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced IPC Matron to lead the Infection Prevention & Control service at their hospital site. You will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the IPC nursing team and work to deliver a patient-focused, harm-free care culture across the Trust.

You will oversee surveillance, audit, risk assessment, staff education and policy development, leading improvement projects and outbreak management with a collaborative, resilient and innovative approach

Competenze

• Registered nurse with specialist IPC qualification.
• Significant senior IPC experience in acute healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to teach, develop staff and drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and develop the site IPC nursing team.
• Provide clinical and managerial leadership for IPC.
